By booking a session with Tristen Loren Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date. No date is reserved until the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

2. Pay What You Can Sessions

A limited number of “Pay What You Can” sessions are offered. Clients agree to pay an amount they feel reflects the value of the service. All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. In the event of bad weather or emergencies, Tristen Loren Photography reserves the right to reschedule. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session within 30 days.

4. Session Style & Expectations

Sessions are relaxed, lifestyle-based, and child-led. While posing guidance will be provided, specific poses, expressions, or cooperation—especially from children—cannot be guaranteed.

5. Image Editing & Delivery

All images are professionally edited in Tristen Loren Photography’s signature style. RAW or unedited images will not be delivered. Final galleries will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

6. Image Selection & Additional Images

If applicable, clients will receive a proof gallery to select included images. Additional images and upgrades will be available for purchase.

7. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of Tristen Loren Photography. Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share images. Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Model Release

Tristen Loren Photography may use images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing. Clients who prefer privacy must notify in writing prior to the session.

9. Liability

Tristen Loren Photography is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the session. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid.

10. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have reduced session time. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival.

11. Agreement

By booking, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above.
